We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

We are using SwissPost as our shipping courier. Offering both standard and priority shipping. In case of tracking to which only applied for priority shipping and being chosen as an option on the checkout page. 

When you place an order, the processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note, we are unable to responsible for lost package without tracking code.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or Switzerland holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.


Duties and Tax 


Every order in Switzerland included duties and taxes.

Order total outside of Switzerland does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.


Returns Policy 


We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. Keep in mind that all packages returned after 14 days period will be sent back.

Once we receive returned item, our Returns Team will inspect it. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all additional materials (like price tag and protection slip). If our Returns Team will determine a mismatch of these requirements, it may lead to a partial refund or company can refuse it. If price tag or protection slip is missing refund is processed 30% less or returned to client. In case we find out that merchandise was worn or product is returned in damaged condition company retains the right not to process it.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 




Preorder items ship to you within 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed. A preorder item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

Preorders allow small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste. When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.

Refunds Process


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 




In case of return for exchange, we offer direct exchanges for size or colour depending on product availability, except bodysuits, knickers and undies due to the hygiene situation. If you would like to exchange for different model products, please send us an email in advanced to check goods availability in size or colour that you demand.




Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of it being made. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed. A 10% of total amount fee will be charged when orders are cancelled and 40% of Pre-Order items.


Additional Information


Any items purchased at any discount percentage is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be refunded.

Sample Sale, Accessories and Lingerie items such as handbags, earrings, panties, tanga, knicker are considered FINAL SALE.

Pre-Order and Sale items are strictly exchange or store credit only. This also includes any purchase made with a discount code.

We do not cover the return shipping fee.

Customise pre-orders are unable to be returned, direct exchanged and refunded.

Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
